How Engagements Work

Fixed-price where possible, milestone-based always. Most Discover, Amplify, and Deploy engagements are structured as fixed-price with defined deliverables and clear milestone gates. Connect and Architect Development engagements are scoped in phases, so investment is committed in stages rather than upfront.

Outcome-focused, not hours-billed. We scope engagements around what needs to exist at the end: a deployed platform, a validated MDG configuration, a working AI integration: not around time spent. Our deliverables are defined before the engagement starts and signed off at each milestone.
