How it works

Baseline assessment

We map each participant's current capability against the curriculum to identify gaps and calibrate the program scope. Starting point determines the path. We do not run a fixed syllabus against everyone.

Curriculum design

The learning path is tailored to your repository, your industry context, your existing MDG standards, and your team's specific gaps. The structural curriculum is consistent; the content, examples, and applied work are always specific to your environment.

Structured learning sessions

Regular sessions covering EA fundamentals, Sparx EA tool mastery, and AI integration readiness in sequence. Remote coaching sessions and on-site workshops balanced to participant needs and geography.

Applied practice

Participants apply what they learn to actual repository work and bring results back for coaching review. Real work, not training exercises, so the program produces outcomes your practice uses.

Progress review and handover

Milestone assessments at mid-point and program conclusion shared with EA leadership. Participants leave with a defined capability level, a portfolio of real work, and a documented development plan for continued growth.

What level of Sparx EA experience is required to start?

None required. The baseline assessment maps each participant from wherever they are. Programs run for practitioners entirely new to Sparx EA through to experienced architects closing specific gaps in MDG, scripting, or AI integration readiness.

How is the program structured?

How long does the program run?

Program length depends on scope and participant count. A focused program for one to three practitioners typically runs eight to twelve weeks. Cohort programs for larger teams are scoped to the gap analysis and organizational context.
