A delivery model built for senior practitioners
Delivery consultants are independent practitioners who deliver engagements on a project basis. We handle everything upstream of delivery: sales, scoping, commercial terms, and client relationships. You focus on the architecture work.
All engagements have defined scope and a fixed price. You know what you're delivering and what you'll be paid before the project starts.
You deliver inside a structured methodology with defined deliverables and client-tested playbooks, so you don't start from scratch every time.
Invoicing, contracts, and client management stay with Sparx Services. You operate as an independent contractor with a clearly defined fee per engagement.
Who we're looking for
Senior practitioners who have worked inside enterprise architecture teams and understand the constraints they operate under. A deep working knowledge of Sparx EA is essential. Experience with the Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot, Power BI, Azure, Fabric) is a strong advantage.
You don't need to be available full-time, and many of our delivery consultants maintain other engagements alongside Sparx Services work. We look for rigor, clear communication and integrity in representing the methodology.
5+ years working with Sparx EA in an enterprise context
Delivered EA assessments, roadmaps, or integration projects
Able to engage confidently at EA team lead and CTO level
Independent contractor status (or able to operate as one)
Based in the UK, EU, US, Canada, or Australia
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or Power BI is advantageous
