We build and update your architecture model for you
Some architecture teams do not have the capacity to do the modeling, even with better tools. Others need it done sooner than their internal teams can execute. Our modeling team takes on all the execution: raw inputs in, a complete model with dashboards out, usually in a couple of weeks. Your architects are the subject matter experts and reviewers.
- A project that needs to be modeled
- A re-org or an acquisition to plan for
- A migration from another architecture platform to Sparx EA
- You just don't have enough architects
Capacity, or time, is the constraint
AI-Augmented Architecture multiplies what an architect can do, and some teams still do not have the hands to do the modeling. Others have the hands but not the weeks: a project is starting, a re-organization or an acquisition has to be planned, or a move from another architecture platform to Sparx EA has a date on it.
For those teams we take on the execution. Your architects play the role of subject matter experts and reviewers, and the work gets done on the timeline the business set.
From raw inputs to a complete model with dashboards
The inputs are whatever you have: documents, spreadsheets, files, diagrams exported from another architecture platform, and half-built EA models. We take it from there.
Take the whole list, or just the one or two activities your team is stuck on. Some teams only need the diagrams built, or the MDG, or the reporting database and the dashboards. We scope to what you need.
Analyze, catalog and ingest your inputs
We read what you hand us, catalog what it contains, and ingest it into Enterprise Architect as governed elements and relationships rather than pictures.
A complete set of navigable diagrams
For every application and capability, so anyone can click down from the big picture to the detail, and the diagrams update when the model changes.
Your metamodel, turned into an MDG Technology
We work with you to define the metamodel for your data and build it into an MDG Technology, so the repository enforces the standard from day one.
A reporting database you can connect to
Built on your repository and ready to connect into your data warehouse or Microsoft Fabric. Where you license Kernaro AI Hub, Power BI and Microsoft 365 Copilot read the repository live instead.
Semantic models and dashboards in Power BI
We construct the Power BI semantic model and, if you want, build the dashboards your leadership opens.

A full model, with dashboards, in a couple of weeks
In most cases we can build out a full architecture model with dashboards in a couple of weeks, assuming you have the data. The model goes into Power BI in a few hours rather than weeks, which is why the dashboards arrive with the model instead of as a later project.
Reporting and Power BIFor a state government client we built a complete set of navigable diagrams across their architecture model, more than 2,000 interconnected diagrams, consistent and complete, and they update when the model changes. Delivered in less than a week. Their architecture lead's reaction: a year's worth of modeling in a few days.
Four steps, from scope to handover
Confirm scope and gather the inputs
We agree what is in, the questions the model must answer when we are done, and where the documents, spreadsheets, files and existing models are.
Agree the metamodel
We settle the element types, relationships and conventions with your architects, using your standards where you have them, and build the MDG Technology.
Build, verify, review
We build in your repository and check the result against it. Your architects review as subject matter experts: what was asked for is in the model, and what is in the model is right.
Hand over, with a way to keep it current
Either we train your team to do the updates, or we keep a standing arrangement with you.
You own the platform and the data. We handle the heavy lifting.
You provide the architecture platform, your own Sparx EA repository or a hosted platform subscription from Sparx Systems, so the model and the data belong to you from the first day. We work inside it.
So do the standards the model follows and every decision about what it should say. We build what you asked for and show you how we checked it, and your architects decide what is right. When the build is done, some teams keep the model current themselves, some want us to carry on, and most want some of each. We can enable your team to take over the updates.
