Why we exist
EA teams running Sparx EA tend to face the same problems: models that stay in the tool and data that doesn't reach the people who need it. AI is also creating pressure to make the governed repository a live, queryable knowledge source for everyone in the organization who needs answers.
The early instinct is to buy a tool and hope. But AI amplifies expertise. It doesn't manufacture it. To get value from AI, your architects have to know how to direct it.
We do two things. We teach your architects to work this way on your own repository and mentor them until it sticks. When a team needs the work done, we do it and hand it over.
AI Power Tools for Sparx EA
With AI-Augmented Architecture, an architect works on the model with the AI assistant they already use: the architect decides, and AI does the mechanics. AI Power Tools for Sparx EA, a free extension for Enterprise Architect published by NovoCircle, is what connects the two. It is ours, and we say so. We compare it on the same terms as the rest.
It is one of several AI options on the Sparx platform, and we work with all of them.

We're the guide. We start with the problem you're trying to solve, then work back to the skills, processes and tools that fit. We work from the NovoCircle Method in the book The Value Shift (opens in a new tab).
We have no quotas and we don't lead with a vendor relationship. We recommend what we'd choose for our own practice.
