How the partnership works
Reseller partners introduce Sparx Services engagements to their clients and earn a referral margin on completed projects. Sparx Services handles scoping, contracting, delivery, and client management. The partner retains the client relationship and receives a transparent margin on every engagement they originate.
We do not require exclusivity, minimum volumes, or upfront investment. If you have Sparx EA clients who are navigating the AI challenge, we would like to talk.
You identify a client who would benefit from Discover, Connect, or Amplify. You make the introduction. Sparx Services takes it from there.
Sparx Services scopes the engagement, agrees commercial terms with the client, and manages delivery end to end. You can stay as involved or as hands-off as you prefer.
On project completion, your referral margin is paid according to the agreed terms. Straightforward, transparent, and not dependent on how the delivery was structured internally.

The reseller partner model works well for organizations that already have trusted relationships with Sparx EA customers — Sparx Systems resellers, enterprise architecture consultancies, Microsoft system integrators with EA practice clients, or managed service providers who support Sparx EA environments.
