Most Plan engagements run four to six weeks from kickoff to roadmap delivery. Larger environments (multiple business units, federated EA teams, legacy tooling) run closer to eight weeks. We scope the engagement before we start so there are no surprises on timeline.
Yes. AI readiness is a core component. We assess whether your EA repository is structured and governed well enough to support AI tools and identify what needs to change before Build will deliver reliable results.

Yes. Plan can stand alone. Some clients complete the assessment, take the roadmap internally, and execute the work themselves. Everything we produce is yours to keep regardless of whether you continue with Sparx Services.
Plan is priced on a fixed-price basis scoped to your environment. Factors include the size of your EA practice, the state of your existing Sparx EA deployment, and the number of stakeholder interviews required. We agree on scope and price before we start.
